Butler Community College strives to provide access to a wide range of student services for online students that includes electronic access to admissions information, financial aid, academic advising, enrollment procedures, the bookstore and library resources.

ADVISING
Advising services can be accessed by visiting with an advisor at a Butler Advising Center or Community site. Online advising is available through e-mail. Before contacting an advisor about enrolling in an online course, we strongly encourage prospective students to assess their aptitude for online learning by using the following self-assessment tools.
All required materials are available through the Butler bookstores at both the El Dorado and Andover sites. Please include the Course Number followed by the CRN when requesting assistance. You may purchase course materials:

FINANCIAL AID
The community college concept of an education for all people is complemented by Butler Community College's financial aid program. The program attempts to remove economic barriers from higher education and includes financial assistance for online courses.
REGISTRAR
The Registrar's Office provides and maintains registration and academic record services for all Butler students. From registration in courses -- to collection and posting of grades -- to final degree evaluations and postings, all aspects of a student's academic record are handled in this area. Services are also available through this office for students eligible for Veteran's Administration benefits.
LIBRARY
L. W. Nixon Library provides information to the Butler Community College community and meets informational and educational needs through effective library programming. Online students have extensive access to online databases through the Nixon Library.
